Once you have had a consultation with Ms. Ali regarding the hat you are interested in, the following procedure would be followed:

Damage in Shipping

All shipments are insured. If a package arrives damaged, please refuse it and contact Jan Ali Hats immediately. A claim will be filed with the carrier. If you accept a damaged package, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and resolve the situation.

Return Policy

HATS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

The hat was designed and hand crafted for the individual buyer
Due to the fragile trimmings put on a hat, and the laborious hours of hand workmanship that goes into the making of a specific hat
For health and sanitation reasons
